RS Medical Symposium

The Ontario Rett Syndrome Association is proud to partner with McMaster University and McMaster Children’s Hospital to host a Rett syndrome medical symposium on Friday, April 25th, 2014. O.R.S.A. is dedicated to providing continued medical education on Rett syndrome. To date O.R.S.A. has co-hosted five medical symposiums.

All families are encouraged to share the Rett Syndrome Symposium Poster with health professionals, educators and case managers involved in the care of their loved ones with Rett syndrome. The symposium presentations will provide up-to-date information on Rett syndrome, genetics, research, treatment advances, the national registry and the medical supports available. Families can also participate by the use of web-casting. Please share this important Rett syndrome medical education opportunity. The deadline for sign-up for video conferencing and web-casting is Friday, April 19th, 2014. Contact Darcy Balak at darcy@rett.ca for further information or to sign-up.
